Car Wash Mike,[p]I'm old enough that I can say my Mom did all the cooking - at least 99.95%. Dad, God bless his soul, did the BBQ thing once in a great while. When he did, it was awesome - he had the low and slow thing down to a science on half chickens. The memories are making the mouth water now![p]The point is this - I do a lot of cooking on my Egg's - probably 70% of what the family eats during the week. I make time, arrange the schedule, on the weekend to make sure I have time to cook stuff for later in the week. It was a "luxury" thing for my Dad to do. It's a "necessity" thing for me to do - and he started me down the path - the correct path - low and slow!!![p]Hey, the wife's away - the Egg's will play!!!![p]Happy Egg'n,[p]LVM
