Flank steak

Looking for some guidance on marinating and cooking a flank steak. This is my first attempt. Please help!! Also - any appetizers I could fire up on the egg to go with it???

    Big K,[p]With flank steak, you can do alot! I've marinated in balsamic vinegar, cilantro, garlic and olive oil. Also, italian salad dressing works well! If you plan to slice it thin, cooking at a high heat (350-375 for 15-20 minutes) works. A few weeks ago, I used a store bought fajita marinade. It too was a hit at home.
