My medium Egg is here! Hooray! Good Wins- Evil Loses.[p]A few questions.
1) How hard are Eggs to assemble? I'm not totally mechanically inept but I'm not an expert either.[p]2) I've seen pictures of a indirect setup using a extra cook grid and fire bricks. My questions what size grids (in Weber replacement grill dimensions) should I get. [p]3) Any advice on making Pit Beef? [p]

  • LeoHat,
first, they are easy to assemble, just be careful, they are ceramic, and if you drop a piece, it will break. . .[p]make sure of two things. .. [p]one. . .make sure the hole in the bottom of the firebox matches up with the vent hole in the egg. . .you won't get good draft otherwise. . .[p]make sure your lid closes tight, and that you line up the little indents in the top with the the little nob in the metal ring. . .[p]
