Last week I did 17 racks of ribs for a party. I did post some pic's earlier. But the over whelming responce on how great they were was baffling. Everybodys wants my secret. I did use Dr. BBQ sauce from his book so they have been given the link to buy it. I think I can let the cook time leak out, I'll also mention about the Egg most importantly. Any way I did like the ribs myself, and I'm the worst judge of my own food. So many people ask "how long did I boil them to get them that tender" Should have seen their face when I said, "I dont boil any ribs,
