We were lucky enough to go to the Noah Kahan concert in Raleigh last night.  He sold out Carter-Finley stadium.  This guy puts on as good of a show as I’ve seen in a long time.  Worth checking out if you can manage to get tickets.

Woke up this morning and tried to disarm our alarm system remotely and it wouldn’t disarm. Got up and tried the panel, which was completely black. Through a solid back and forth with ADT AI chatbot we are back up and running. Kind of stressful when you have a large dog that hasn’t been able to go outside and way passed his regularly scheduled outdoor time.

I mean, I could technically get out anytime I wanted, it would just set the alarm off. The panel was stuck in some sort of update reboot and had to be disconnected and restarted. SkyNet didn’t get me today.

Finishing up the decking around the pool. Still need to install another section of railing, make a platform and attach the stairs to it, install kind of lighting, and install a locking gate. That line of joints will be covered with an outdoor carpet. It happened because I had to widen the other deck to make a bridge fo this one, and I didn't feel like stitching them in.

Add two newbies to jump down in the hole so that the laborers leaning on their shovels have something to watch 😂. Right now you just have 6 seegulls

The captains here in methuen mass make around 250,000 straight time. Add construction site duties and its hazard pay double time

Don’t forget the inspectors from OSHA and EPA. 

In front of my house a fiber optic cable company drill through the sewer line. That resulted in a sinkhole near my mail box. One of the half dozen employees injured his leg while in the hole.
