Snowy Garlic Pork Loin

Had an awesome weekend snowed in with the wife and kidos. Lots of eating and sledding. Man you get so hungry playing in the snow.

Went heavy on the seasoning and loved the garlic bite on this loin. 275-300 for 45 minutes until it hit 150. Tested and sliced. Loved it. Blackstone breakfast and some Whoopi pies.

Great cooks there and you leveled up getting it done under adverse elements. Pork loin is an under appreciated protein.
