Added a couple new pies to today’s menu:

Ricotta stuffed zucchini blossoms for some vegetarian friends:



Chicken pesto with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, parmigiana reggiano, and ricotta:



The chicken pesto was a huge hit with our guests and will definitely remain in the rotation. 
MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.

    dang that look good. I've grown MANY zuccinnis (impossible to grow anything less than "many") and I've never thought to cook/eat the blossoms. very cool. how did the blossoms taste?

    So the blossoms get brushed with olive oil to keep them from scorching.  They had a very neutral taste.

    Thanks for all the kind words folks. A couple other pies included the bulgogi and kimchi over a gochujang and honey white sauce, pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños based on someone’s recommendation here, and a couple others. 

    I wasn’t able to get pictures of the rest as the natives were restless.

    I've been searching the app store for the CTMike pizza delivery app so I can order a couple of the pesto pies, but to no avail...
