Added a couple new pies to today’s menu:

Chicken pesto with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella, parmigiana reggiano, and ricotta:
The chicken pesto was a huge hit with our guests and will definitely remain in the rotation.
MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.

Thanks for all the kind words folks. A couple other pies included the bulgogi and kimchi over a gochujang and honey white sauce, pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeños based on someone’s recommendation here, and a couple others.I wasn’t able to get pictures of the rest as the natives were restless.MMBGE / Large BGE / XL BGE (Craigslist Find) / SF30x80 cabinet trailer - "Ol' Mortimer" / Outdoor kitchen in progress.
