Pollo Asado

Made a quick Pollo Asado marinade that made some pretty chicken.
6oz pineapple juice
1/4 cup Bachans Japanese BBQ Sauce (regular soy sauce or Teriyaki works too)
1 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP achiote paste
3-20 cloves of garlic depending where you live on the @caliking scale)
pinch of dried Mexican oregano
1TSP ground cumin
I marinated for 4 hours and it colored it up nice and made a very tasty Pollo Asado
served with 50/50 corn/flour tortillas, homemade guacamole from the Molcajete and red salsa from the salsa vault thread (the first one I posted).

50/50 tortillas are another thing you informed me of. I have made that salsa recipe so much that I'm tired of the easy process. Not the result though.
