This Weekend’s Cook

Husband and wife coworkers of mine - he’s a Senior Reactor Operator and she is the station nurse - are going through some sh!tty time as she has cancer and having a rough go of it.
So I was cooking up some proteins for us and decided to double up to make some meals for them to give them a bit of a break. 
Starting off this evening with 3 yardbirds seasoned with Montreal Chicken. This will be followed by some ABTs, ribs tomorrow morning, and a brisket and pulled pork Sunday morning. All to be dropped off Sunday afternoon.
