11 hours for this guy, blade roast, longer than I expected for sure. Pulled at 203. The bark was fantastic. Salt and pepper. Thanks for looking.

I’m truly impressed. I tried to cook a blade roast on the stovetop about 20 years ago and failed miserably. I still have PTSD and haven’t tried it again.
