With my siblings' families, not at my place and most dishes cooked by others. Excuse the photo dump. As usual, no ambience, no alcohol and no faces.

Wow what a spread. I wouldn’t know where to start. I would like to hear about that stew (pic 8) when things slow down and you have time.Snellville, GA

Thanks all for the kind words, my contribution was minimal
@Eggdicted_Dawgfan Good eye/taste, it's one of the not so common dishes in the spread and my favourite...
I'm just the messenger here, the recipe is Google translated and many quantities are missing, but you get the gist of it.
Ingredients: ginger, garlic, spring onions, 3 🧅, 3 carrots, 3-4 tomatoes, light soya sauce, dark soya sauce, 1 cinnamon sticks 2 star anise, rock sugar, 2-3 beef tendon 1 slab of beef sirloin (< I think this should be stewing beef)steps:1) cut the beef meat into pieces/ slices/ cube2) boil in hot water <== I woudn't do this although it's possibly common practice in some parts of the world.3) add oil, fried the garlic, ginger, spring onions.4) drain the beef and add it into #3.5) add a small bowl of light soya sauce and dark soya sauce each6) add carrots, onions, tomatoes, cinnamon stick, star anise and rock sugar7) add hot water till it slight cover all the ingredients8) slow boil for 3hrs <== we don't cook by time of course, also I would precook the tendon in IP but wait, may be step #2 is to precook tendon only?
Please share the result if you try this.canuckland -

Too late to be adopted by your family for this Christmas, but let’s start the legal proceedings early in January for next year!
