Best Brisket Leftovers?

Hands down, aside from burnt ends, it’s gotta be brisket mac n cheese. Add some chopped sweet hot jalapeños and a bit of bbq sauce and/or Franks, some green chili flakes, and a bit of extra shredded cheddar and you’ll never go back to chili or nachos or tacos.
If you’ve got a better use for leftover brisket, please tell me about it. As it is, I’m obsessed and can’t stop making and consuming brisket mac n cheese. I guess the reason I haven’t seen it at bbq joints is they always sell out and there are no lefties. But my 17 lb monster left me with a new fave. What’s yours?

My attempt at the Real Deal Holyfield (the real RDH linked below) which always misses by an order of magnitude, although I may have to venture out and juice up the mac and cheese.

Our house is partial to nachos, but to be fair, leftover brisket is like leftover pulled pork, there is not much that isn't improved by it.Love you bro!

Rice bowls. Package leftovers in portioned Foodsaver bags with your sauce of choice and toss in the freezer. Reheat via sous vide and serve over rice along with chopped scallions and pickled veggies of your choice.Firing up my XL Big Green Egg, KJ Jr. or Weber gasser in Salt Lake City

2) Brisket pizza with red onion and some BBQ sauce mixed in with your usual pizza sauce.
I'm not suggesting they are better than brisket mac and cheese - but in my mind they are equal.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Klose BYC, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Mr. Franklin has uncanny timing. He gave his cooked briskets to three up-and-coming chefs in Austin, to see what they came up with: empanadas with a fig sauce, brisket ramen, and a frypan salad. All pretty fahncy. He then dropped this video about them, this morning.

That mac and cheese looks fantastic! I will echo what several others have on here in that we usually go with tacos or nachos with the immediate brisket leftovers (we often have plenty with just two of us in the house), but our hands-down favorite is brisket chili, which is cubed and frozen for use during our too-long winter chili season.Stillwater, MN
