Peach Pork Belly

I used the Malcolm Reed recipe with slight variations.  I used peach chunks from Fruita Wood for the smoke, and for the sauce I used peach nectar and peach preserves instead of the apple ingredients.  It came out as sweet, peachy, melt in your mouth goodness.  Will definitely use this variation again.

That is true meat candy right there!  Great change.

There's nuttin better than a peachy butt, I'll give you that. I had an apple butt once and I don't know what variety it was but I had wasps chasing my butt like you read about.  You know, you trip and sit on the wrong apple variety, next thing you know you've got the worst case of wasp ass.

He’s definitely the peach master!  I’ve used his peach pulled pork recipe numerous times.  This one was an homage to him, for sure!
