Thanks for those that posted this in my thread asking for new recipes. Turned out delicious. Only thing I changed was seeding the jalapeños…didn’t think my wife and in-laws would appreciate the heat as much as I would. I’ll definitely make this again.

One of our favorites! Try different type of beers, it changes the flavor profile. We typically use dark Mexican beer like Modelo Negra. Also, I add a cup of beef broth you enhance the flavorLarge BGE, Medium BGE, Kamado Joe Jr, 36" Blackstone Griddle Blackstone Tailgater and Roccbox owner/operator from Los Angeles
