Do to the weather I had to change plans. New menu is prime rib, mushrooms, potato au gratin and tossed salad with yeast rolls

If the egg isn’t frozen shut by the cold snap that is slated to come through I’m going to attempt bone in prime rib the for the adults and a small boneless ham for the kiddos.

Apple jalapeño sausage Bundt goes on at two or in an hour. Cream cheese jalapeño corn goes in the slow cooker at 5 am.

Deboned for easy slicing, tied for even cooking, dry brining. To be smoked in egg, pellet pooper or kitchen box tomorrow, depending on weather. Bigger, not huge, cook for Monday.
