Tonight the CBS Evening News began with a statement that RFK Jr had been disqualified from the Libertarian ticket; I thought, "WTFF?!?" But the full subsequent story never mentioned it again, only talked about traitor's boos. I rewound to the front of the story, and no I didn't mis-hear it. Think I'll watch ABC at 5:30 to see if they mention it (nothing on WaPo as of now).

I agree that some of the things he's published have been badly harmful, maybe getting many US informants killed. What I don't understand is how the US has any jurisdiction over him; he isn't a US citizen and he obtained the info from a US source. Anyone understand this?
