They wanted following off the bone, and they got following off the bone. 

I never sauce my ribs; I leave that up to each person to sauce their own. 

Good BBQ needs no sauce. I spritz my ribs with a combination of Apple juice and Apple cider vinegar.

I’d hit that, I am in the No sauce camp as well, may get a “ for looks” glaze but that’s it, sauce as needed

Sorry but I sauce so as to heat up and set the sauce on the ribs.   Never had a complaint. Those look good though

They look pretty to me!  What size of charcoal did you cook them with?  😜

All sizes of charcoal are used. I arrange for them to have an even burn. 

I added three chunks of Cherry and spread two handfuls of Hickory. 
I cooked them for five hours at 225 degrees, then wrapped them in foil and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for 45 min.
