2022 eggfest was a success, 38 eggheads cooking for the crowd. The variety of cooks were everywhere, bbq, baked goods, pizzas, variety of protein including ostrich, elk, buffalo and 2 beautiful 20lb prime rib roast and a plethora of other goodies.
Time to start thinking about my menu for the 15th annual in 2023.
I was a little busy to take pictures but my brother took a few.

A great day was had by all, especially me😁

Looks like a heck of a good time 👍

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Definitely fun and busy. They had close to 1000 attend, I'll get an exact count Tuesday
There were alot more people out this year and never saw a mask just smiles

Great shirt. Glad to see people out enjoying a fest. I think my public fest days are behind me but we had a lot of fun at the ones we did.

@MasterC - looked like you had local Mennonite attendees so I sort of expected to see Scrapple on the list of "meat" proteins. B)

It's a recipe I found when I first joined this forums can't remember the name
    1lb of reg sausage
    1lb of hot sausage
    1 bell pepper chopped
    3 green onions sliced thin
    2 jalapenos chopped
    8oz shredded cheddar cheese
    4os cheezit cracked crushed

I've tweak it little replacing the  Ritz with cheezit the jalapeno

Ah yes. That made the rounds for quite a while here. I believe the infamous @sgh posted that. I thought it was ritz crackers but cheez-it’s is always a good idea.

I now see you swapped ritz for Chez-it’s. Bold strategy, Cotton. Lets see if it works out (sorry, I watched “Dodegeball” last night)

@MasterC - never a doubt it would be a great day.  Congrats for making the effort and planning to do it again next year.  Well done.
