Rosemary roasted almonds on the above menu sounds like something I need to do tomorrow .

They are great. We have them on hand at all times. We can get them at the grocery store so that is a plus

Sooo Jealous!  Santa Fe is a fine eatin' town, I need to revisit when/if this virus finally simmers down.

All sounds fabulous. My lazy a$$ settled on spatchcocked buffalo chicken dip, brie and veggie platter. My drink of choice will be this bottle that I got last me years.

A Metric Load Of Frito Boats

Started a couple days ago with a 24 hour beef bone stock, did the adobo yesterday , bring meat and cook chili today, chill overnight to let things come together for tomorrow

Around here we call them walking tacos. Whatever you call them they are fantastic.

We just walked home in the rain from our dinner. We darted through the “five and dime” store by our hotel that had a sign the said “worlds best frito pie as seen on tv”. I was tempted.

You're lucky that I haven't yet come and camped out in your driveway, expecting to be fed.

Well, I did come close once. And, did not leave disappointed :)
