the braciole recipe that nola posted in a crock with italian sausage and meatballs are awesome.or go big, couple of flank steaks loaded with fresh basil, parsley, pinenuts, parmigiana cheese, mozz, proscuitto, lemon juice, raisins, oregano etc.

Jeff Mauro's recipe is crazy delicious.
I stick to his recipe, other than using our Instant Pot instead of a dutch oven, and buying Marconi Hot Giardiniera instead of making it.
