My vote would be for something involving MEAT.

Can't go wrong with steak frites and toss the frites in truffle & parm.

I know less than nothing about truffles.  However, I am surprised you can vacuum seal them, since they are a fungus.

I need to learn more about them!  I can't wait to see what you do with them.

They were shipped overnight to my local place, and then portioned out to anyone that ordered them in the vac seal packaging.

Once I got home I put them individually in mason jars wrapped in a paper towel.

First run at using them took @JohnInCarolina advice and made a truffle garlic burger.

Brisket/short rib burger. Black truffle cheese, truff mayo, and shaved truffles on top.
My God, look at that.  That.Is.Glorious

I don't know if you have any leftover brisket lying around, but you might want to think about cooking up a variation on this at some point:

I'd think with real truffles it would be over the top incredible.

That has to be the world's most expensive burger, with those truffles on it.

Oooof, that’s a LOT of truffle! Need a straight razor. Wonder who around here has one?
