Pork chops in lieu of beef

With beef prices through the roof, hard to turn down thick cut $2/lb bone-in pork chops at Costco. These were the t-bone and bone-in ribeye style. 

Brief marinade in some Allegro hot n spicy, then grilled to perfection. $14 for 7lbs of these is hard to beat!

Nice!  I never thought to marinade chops in that, but I bet the flavor turns out great.  How long did you let them soak?

About 2 hours, also seasoned with some Caribbean style seasoning I had around.

Those look great!  What was the temp, time & level (fire ring or raised direct)?

Beautiful cook, pork chops are hard to beat.

Raised direct (woo2). Put them on at about 300F and it slowly drifted up to 425F. Flipped multiple times moving them around the hottest spot. Pulled at 145F IT. 

All chops weren’t even pictured, last few were still finishing.

I agree with you.  I have been eating a bunch of bone in chops, as the price of my ribeyes is over the moon.  Those look great.
