Meatball subs

Nothing too crazy, but I haven’t posted a cook in a while. Smoked meatballs, then simmered in a garlic heavy sauce. Fresh hoagie rolls slathered in a herb compound butter. Toasted with provolone and mozzarella.

Wow, that looks great! If you want to try some really good rolls, see if you can find Amoroso brand, famous with Philly cheesesteaks. I find them at ALDI in CT...

This! Best rolls ever. These are the authentic Philly rolls used in almost all the best known cheesesteak joints. -
