Naked oysters on the half shell for the app (straight - no cocktail sauce etc...) a Cesar salad, homemade bread, reverse seared tri-tip, tater tots and a bottle of wine. Followed up with a dessert of chocolate pots.
Proof it happened (with strategic silverware placement of course.)

That is an order of magnitude advanced from the recent belly burnt ends. Way to celebrate a Wednesday!
