The bailout of mismanaged Blue cities is disgusting. Make your bed, lie in it. Personally living in a Blue state Trumps policies cost me money, but that was my choice to accept living here.  I'll benefit financially with the bailouts but don't think it is fair to all the fiscally responsible Red states.

Took selfies in different areas.  Insurrection?  That's as much bullshi*t as calling the riots Uprising this summer. Where's the prosecution for that?  There was no "insurrection". It was mostly Antifa and a few misguided people who broke the windows.  Honestly if there was as much effort put into prosecuting the offenders such as Antifa trying to breach to Portland Federal Courthouse last night as put into people taking selfies in the Capitol?

Pretty sure he was talking about uses of the $1.9 trillion, which your link does not address.  How's that breakdown?  Is the $670 million for Baltimore accurate?  How will Baltimore use the funds?  That information would be a lot more helpful than the link you provided.
