Open the battery cover, if it looks like this you can remove the decimal by moving switch #2 away from the battery.Buckwoody Egger said:.@lousubcap not sure if that’s an option for the my thermapen but agree....

The Martin’s buns are great. Use them for pulled pork always.Dyal_SC said:Slop sloppy joes with jalapeño’s, onions and tomatoes on Martin’s sesame buns. Simple yet effective. And yes, I just took a picture of a sloppy joe. 😁 🎃 🌶️

Thank you! I will certainly consider enacting the change. We might need time to ponder if tenths is the new fork. Gotta keep it lively these days.Canugghead said:

@Legume - That hatch chili cook looks and sounds great. The beauty of the burn is that the next AM you are reminded of the consumption.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Beefy ribs last night. I thought they were good. Angie's daughter and grandson (formerly granddaughter, watch those pronouns or else) were less than impressed. They are from SoCal and run in a different food circle than me. They did like the beans and fresh corn. Next smoke cook I'm considering throwing on a slab of tofu for them. 😁

Beautiful rack and respect for letting the granddaughter be himself. I've heard @lousubcap mention rebel bone(s) but don't recall actually seeing one!dbCooper said:

We’ve had a very busy summer so I haven’t been on the forum for a while. I was in Louisiana (Baton Rouge) on Friday and stopped at a few places to replenish the sausage stash! Our deep freezer breaker tripped about a month ago while we were out of town and I lost everything duck, turkey, sausage, fish etc… Anyhow meat haul: pork sausage, andouille snack sticks, peach jalapeño sausage, pepper jelly sausage, and boudin. From Jacobs in Laplace and Meatatory in Baton Rouge.

@dbCooper - Great looking ribs as always. Sounds like a protein intervention may be on the horizon.

I’ve been very please this year with a variety called Rosita. About the same size and pluses but with a solid lavender colored skin. Also still producing. Planted them back in April.fishlessman said:saw these for the first time. graffiti eggplant. sweet, tender, cooks fast

Nothing fancy. Teriyaki chicken and veggies on the Blackstone. Used some Kinder’s Teriyaki sauce, Spiceology Maui Wowie and Japanese BBQ Sauce.

Mini meatloaf, broccoli with chestnuts and bacon, (over) roasted potatoes.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
How big were the mini meatloaf? always liked meatloaf but my wife not so much, or it had to be lean turkey. Not conducive to good meatloaf. My momma once made a meatloaf, we were eating it and my grandparents were over, when my brother Dave held up a bandaid covered in meatloaf and pointed it out to everybody. My grandparents left in a hurry, it's like they've never seen my brother with a meatloaf covered band aid before. Pfft...

That looks great, @legume. Broccoli is underrated. Haven’t made meatloaf in a while, but a good reminder that I should. If ever you’re looking for a great condiment for it, this recipe is easy and fantastic - https://www.ricardocuisine.com/en/recipes/4398-homemade-chunky-ketchup-the-best
