This cook was for my wife. She's a fan of chicken thighs and buffalo sauce.
I threw it in a wrap with spinach, blue cheese, onion, and jalapenos.

Buffalo Sauce can correct dang near anything. Great outcome BTW!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Stopped by a local new grocery store. Similar to a Whole Foods or Central Market. Picked up a few artisan sausages. 2 Jalapeño Jack in the back of the egg and 2 Rosemary and Italian Wine in the front

The sausages look great, though somehow, your lawn is still the star of the show - if you look closely enough.Enjoy. -

Blueberry cobbler, chef’ed a few nights ago. Popped some under the broiler for 5mins. Yes, it did taste better in CI.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Sometimes I have to try a recipe just because it sounds so bizarre.
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup ac vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sriracha
pinch of salt, mix all to dissolve.
Cut a tomato into 1/4" slices, lay in an ovenproof dish. Pour over mixture.
Broil "until steamy", let set for 10 minutes
Toast two sliced English muffins
Slice half an avocado and spread on muffin bottoms
Add tomato slices
Top with watercress and muffin tops
Meh. The sugar and vinegar cancelled each other out, and I couldn't taste anything on the tomato. And why am I heating tomatoes in mid-July??
The rest of the muffins will be toasted, get the avocado, cress, and cold tomato, I think that will be much better.___________So the same people that think humans have no effect on climate change, now are convinced they control the weather?

Some applewood smoked ribs featuring a glaze of mother-in-law’s homemade peach mango jam. Also consumed but not featured was a strawberry mini-bocconcini green salad and homemade mac and cheese featuring feta and old cheddar. This dessert is an absolute fave in my family - caramel crunch ice cream cake - courtesy of my mother. Toasted pecans, caramel and vanilla ice cream. Has to be tasted to be believed.
