The one thing I have really struggled with is why @Lit and his straight up awful posts which are clearly against the ToS for this site is allowed to continue.  @The_Buffalo has ignored him for years.  My only conclusion is he works for BGE or is a family member of someone who does.  He may even be @The_Buffalo 's alter ego.  His troll account if you were.

I have had to deal with a mentally ill person on my job for a number of years.  This lady simply lived to create misery for others.  If you said that it was a nice day, she would tell you why it wasn't.  She had to argue about everything.  The only way to deal with her was to not give her anything to argue about.  I think the same applies here.  Don't feed the trolls!  I know that it is difficult to not respond to the insults but it is probably the only way to make this a better forum.

Might want to dismount from his high horse. Speaking of horses, @Sheldon_Nigel AKA @Ozzie_Isaac has for years admonished others all the while excusing the behavior of the real bullies on the forum. I assume it is all excused because John and Carey for that matter do provide great content when not abusing others. It's like raising children. If there are no real consequences to the actions, the threats will be ignored. The self righteous indignation of the sycophant followers is laughable at best. They are willing accomplices in the abuse of dozens of current and former contributors here. Might want to look in the mirror before getting so riled up. Well, shiit. I work in the Engineering dept at a large mega corp. My job title says "Engineer".  My degree is Software Engineering, which I guess if we want to get technical about it was the Computer Science dept at my University. I write software for lasers 'n shiit for process automation.  Today I found out I am not, in fact, an Engineer.

Im an engineering manager with a finance degree. I made it through calc 2 for engineers but changed majors to finance. Started with my company in finance and moved to engineering and worked my way up. I dont call myself an engineer because I am not. I dont even put engineer in my signature because I never got the degree. Just seems wrong to call myself something that I never completed.
