Steamed hams and Silence of the Lambs

Had just broken down a beef tenderloin and thought I’d use the most respectable of scraps for some fresh ground burgers (my wife’s favourite) - cooked medium rare. Served on toasted brioche buns and topped with provolone, grilled onions and mushrooms, bacon, mayo and barbecue sauce. 

Paired it with Silence of the Lambs once the kids were safe and comfortable in their beds. Great movie; first time seeing it. 

Paired with a hazy IPA for good measure.
