    That vault could come in super handy for portions of cooks with that pit. Nothing like playing with sticks though.

    That’s a lot of smoker and a lot of meat. Very cool.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn.

    Great bark on the opening run.  That is quite a sweet rig.  Opening salvo an over-night cook as well.  That's getting after it.
