I don’t have a true vent hood in my kitchen so I really like cooking seafood outside.
The Small Egg is perfect as it keeps the handle outside the Egg with little wasted rising heat.

Just a little salt and pepper in the egg wash this time. I normally spice up the egg wash and I like it better. My wife likes it more bland.

I've given this some more thought and I'm wondering whether or not some meat glue would allow you to just use whole Ritz crackers instead of the crushed version?
