Smokin' Saturday

Had both my XL eggs rocking all day. A rack of Wagyu beef ribs, 2 spatchcocked chickens, a doz hatch Chile/cheddar sausages, 12 pounds of home cured bacon, and 12 prime NY strips carved from a single top loin. Everything cooked to perfection with no babysitting. Damn I love these things...
