I had you at bourbon, didn’t I? Or was it the bacon?

The wife just made these. Her gift to me for our Anniversary. Recipe is here:

She used Bulleit for the bourbon in ours.

Insane. They’re like crack. You can definitely taste the bourbon, and the bacon adds a nice saltiness to the sweet of the chocolate.
