So good: grilled pork souvlaki and homemade pita

Managed to find enough ingredients during quarantine to make this, and oh so good. Finally nailed the pita: thinner, soft, great grilled flavor.

I'm sitting here on my last conference call of the day knowing that dinner is next - and this looks awesome.  I have no doubt that it would look awesome on a full stomach as well.

@caliking this is the recipe I used.  I got the pita fairly thin, and made sure not to overcook it so it so it was soft and could be rolled.

@JNDATHP I used this recipe...very simple but amazing flavor. I hunted up the meat and marinated about six hours.

Souvlaki is one of my favorites. Yours looks amazing. I will have to try pork sometime.
