    Appreciate the kind words guys.  I generally do the shrimp in the wok and they are good these came out as good as the wok ones.  I do think I’ll add some Panko to the cornstarch and rice flower next time.

    Thanks again guys.

    @StillH2OEgger lol

    sauce
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
    3-4 Tbls Sriracha (to taste for heat)

    1lb large shrimo
    2ish Tbls cornstarch
    1/2 tsp rice flour

    If I stir fry in the wok I add the sauce just as the shrimp are getting close.  Last night in the Air Fryer - coat shrimp, lightly spray shrimp with Canola just enough to moisten the shake mix then in the fryer at 360 for about 3-4 mins then flip, spray and cook another 3-4 till done.

    I have yet to find a sweet chile sauce that I like.  The peppers in the last bottle i bought tasted like pieces of paper.

    @NDG - I have the Cosori.  I’ve been really happy with the results so far.  We bought it because of the ratings and for the square basket. I just thought square would hold more vittles.  This is the model we have
