I think it was an old account I created when I worked for a dealer. I must have used my personal email. When I typed in my email to reset my password, it logged me in as this account.

Just did the reset thing! Had to do it every 2 weeks when I was working at the Utility (Grid security), so no big deal.

I think it was a knee jerk reaction to the newly released Weber Smokefire pellet grill.

That pellet grill will kill Traegers place in the market! About time Weber got in the pellet game. Cheaper, better, and a good app.smittydog27 said:I think it was a knee jerk reaction to the newly released Weber Smokefire pellet grill. -
No big deal but I had to reset mine this week too.
Wonder why they made us change all at once? -

Wonder why they made us change all at once? The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

I still have never been able to reset mine! I have emailed Rob 4 times now and still have never heard back for some reason, much less gotten any help!
By chance I found this old Yahoo account from years ago, so at least I'm back on this forum...but not as "me".
BTW "me" is RRP and I've been posting here for 20 years.
Meanwhile I'm one_feral_kat ^oo^~My name is Ron Pratt and I've posted here for 20 years as RRP. For a while in November I was unable to sign in. So I reverted to this old moniker from years ago and just wandered in these woods as one_feral_kat ^oo^~ -
I've used the same password since joining in 2015. When I went to last logon, I got a message that said, "Administrator has changed your information and it is necessary to reset your password." None of my profile info was changed so I have no idea what that meant. I got the email link and just added a punctuation symbol to reset.

I had the same problem. The email reply with the link was stuck in my spam folder. I disabled spam blocker for a minute or so and was able to get the link.one_feral_kat said:I still have never been able to reset mine! This won't add anything. The email I used when I first joined a couple years ago was a work email from two jobs ago. Had to change my name. Blah, blah.Formerly @dharley prior to some password bs.
