    I lost my original account (PSC) because I couldn't retrieve my password 

    All my commonly used emails were not correct, so who knows.

    I was told that I had to reset my password but they never sent a link. I ended up creating a new account. Formerly Medium-Rare.

    What a disaster.  If this happened at my work heads would roll.  Of course we get paid by our customers and revenue would drop.  This is just marketing.

    My name is Ron Pratt and I've posted here for 20 years as RRP. For a while in November I was unable to sign in.  So I reverted to this old moniker from years ago and just wandered in these woods as one_feral_kat  ^oo^~

    @The_Buffalo , just a suggestion:  it might benefit the forum members who are locked out of you would provide your email address so they can actually contact you. I think the point is that they’re locked out and therefore cannot message you. ;)

    Yes - to my account for nearly 20 years. As I said in the fine print I found this one_feral_kat account and am using this until the Calvary comes riding in! Or should I say until The Buffalo comes to the rescue!!!
