Bulgogi (/bʊlˈɡoʊɡiː/ bool-GOH-guee;[2] from Korean bul-gogi [pul.ɡo.ɡi]), literally "fire meat", is a gui (Korean-style grilled or roasted dish) made of thin, marinated slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. It is also often stir-fried in a pan in home cooking. Sirloin, rib eye or brisket are frequently used cuts of beef for the dish. The dish originated from northern areas of the Korean Peninsula, but is a very popular dish in South Korea where it can be found anywhere from upscale restaurants to local supermarkets as pan-ready kits.[3]

Had no idea it could be made from pork, only ever seen beef. The Cen-Tex Smoker said:Bulgogi (/bʊlˈɡoʊɡiː/ bool-GOH-guee;[2] from Korean bul-gogi [pul.ɡo.ɡi]), literally "fire meat", is a gui (Korean-style grilled or roasted dish) made of thin, marinated slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. It typically is, but the “Pull” is there to indicate that it’s pork, while the sound of PullGoGi will indicate that it’s Korean. It’s a fusion in other words.CTMike said:JohnInCarolina said:
Missed opportunity with the PullGoGi - nothing offensive about that.CTMike said:While I appreciate everyone’s input, I think I will go with East Meets West. A bunch of these recommendations are funny to me, but some folks may take offense. I will also be offering a brisket sandwich with garlic blue cheese butter and pickled onions. Will be calling it the Black and Blue.
Other offerings will a PSB sammich with provolone and traditional pulled pork.True John, but isn’t Bulgogi beef?"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Late to the game, but I would submit the “sassy porker”. Everyone who orders one will question whether these words can be used to describe them.

A lot of good suggestions here, but I think it’s important to keep in mind that the average person doesn’t know what “bulgogi” is and has no idea what countries intersect with the 38th parallel. I would suggest you keep it relatable for the masses.
