OT: Need Help With Sammich Name For Menu Board

We have a 2-day vending event coming up at Mohegan Sun Casino. One of the sammiches still needs a name:

- pulled pork
- store bought kimchi
- sriracha

I’m thinking calling it “East Meets West,” but I’m not the most creative guy. What do all y’all have?

I can't offer any suggestions, but I've always liked the name "Squealy Dan", which is one of the offerings at the greatest sandwich joint I've ever visited and it's not even close (Northern Waters Smokehaus in Duluth, MN). Interested in seeing your sandwich. Sounds great.

While I appreciate everyone’s input, I think I will go with East Meets West. A bunch of these recommendations are funny to me, but some folks may take offense. I will also be offering a brisket sandwich with garlic blue cheese butter and pickled onions. Will be calling it the Black and Blue. 

Other offerings will a PSB sammich with provolone and traditional pulled pork.
