Been routinely getting my a$$ kicked trying to nail grass-fed lamb ribs. Gotta be improvement in 2019
(or not).Edit: Chorizo sucks if you try to use in armadillo eggs. Too much grease.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

@bgebrent I have cooked and eaten a lot of strange things in my sheltered life but have never had a Duck v weave.So, how would you prepare that? The guy that I buy my lamb from parboils his first. Just picked up my new replacement XL dome (dealer warranty), and found out my dealer was going to drop BGE and move to another style of grills. Sad day. I may end up buying a lot if his BGE lump stock for cost, but it was nice having dealer 1/2 mile from house.
