Shout out to @lkapigian another reason this forum rocks.

I’ve been fortunate to meet some great people through this forum, some of whom I would call close friends.  Now, I’ve never met Larry @lkapigian but he did supply some awesome sausage for Brisket Camp.  We cooked and ate it all.  I hounded him about posting the Thai recipe for weeks.

Fast forward a few weeks and I get a PM asking for my address.  He has a package for me.  What?  Never met the guy, never spoken on the phone....

Today I come home to an actual igloo cooler with two packs of Thai sausage, one pack of brats, a bottle of ghost pepper hot sauce and a Thai hot sauce AND homemade smokes Memphis Dust!   Holy hell!

thanks again Larry, I’m plotting my rebuttal.

The rub is in the newspaper. Didn’t know what it was so didn’t unwrap until Larry told me.  :)

A great gesture and stand-up guy for sure.  That is going well above and beyond.  Most eggcellent @lkapigian.
Sounds like you get a chance to reverse engineer the recipe but I get the proprietary nature here.

You are welcome @theyolksonyou ...its slightly different than the brisket camp Thai made from dried ref instead of fresh green....Tried to get some of the Turkey with Stuffing Sausage in there but would not fit , Enjoy...those sauces are in the lacto ferment thread

    Thanks @lousubcap @DoubleEgger
