Costco had thick cut choice T-bones at $6.99/pound today.  The marbling was more like prime.  Done deal.  Caveman cook on the MM, roasted rosemary red potatoes and Nichole’s Greek salad.  Cheers brothers.

We did.  We’ve cooked a lot of it and gifted a bunch to our 5 kids.  Not much left.  I could not pass these at the price point.  I should’ve bought more.

I’ve never done caveman.  Are coals at 600+, and about 4 minutes per side?? Do u have to scrape the ashes off when done ?
