OT: Ribs on the Roccbox

Decided to try something a little different. Riffed off a recipe posted online for baby back ribs finished in a Roccbox. You roast them in a rub for 2.5 hrs. Sauced and finished in the Roccbox at 900 degrees, five minutes a side.
Holy Mother of God these were good. I may never do ribs any other way if these consistently turn out like this. These may be making an appearance at Butt Blast my friends.

Interesting! I wonder if this can be replicated on a BGE for those of us without a Roccbox.Cooking on a Large Big Green Egg in North Chicagoland.

I just got my Roccbox direct from the manufacturer. Same price as William Sonoma and Free shipping to the US. For some reason, the lead time for delivery ordering through William Sonoma was 6-8 weeks to Los Angeles. I got it in less than a week from Roccbox.Large BGE, Medium BGE, Kamado Joe Jr, 36" Blackstone Griddle Blackstone Tailgater and Roccbox owner/operator from Los Angeles

Can you cook below 900° on those if you want to? Sometimes I feel like an American style pizza at 500°
