First cook with the Smokeware cap - Wings!

Had some mold on the Egg so completely cleaned it out and did a hot burn. Kids were asking for wings, so once clean cooked some up. Rub was Martins BBQ Big Hoss Rub and once placesetter was out glazed with some BBQ sauce. They went quick. This was also my first cook with the Smokeware cap - great addition to my Egg.

Those look beautiful. I see you didn't raise the grid and used your PS. Was skin crispy> What temp did you cook at?

I did raise the grid using the PS Woo.  I used my PS to cook the wings without burning them.  Cooked at 325 or so.  Once almost done I removed PS, glazed with BBQ sauce and let them crisp up.  Skin was very crispy.
