Beef short ribs.

I picked up some beef short ribs from an Amish market and coated them with Plowboys Bovine Bold. I smoked at 275 with some oak wood. They’re FTC now, waiting on dinner.
I'm in Fredericksburg, VA, and I have an XL and a medium.

    Brisket on a stick.  Enjoy.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Thanks! They are so good. My first time cooking them, really. The others that I’ve cooked have been the small ones, that are cut into smaller pieces. These were much better. They cooked much faster than I thought they would, done in about 4.5 hours

I know! The little ones I cooked previously took 7-8 hours. The cow drives the cook....
