First meatloaf on the BGE

Cooked my first meatloaf on the egg, added some hikory wood, cooked it at 300 degrees and took it off at 160 , 2 1/2 hours later. Needless to say it was awesome,very moist and the family loved it, don't think I'll ever cook one in the oven again.

Just a PSA as it appears your pit temp probe is hanging over the edge of your platesetter. This can give you false temperature readings and you may have been cooking at a lower temp than thought. Either way you definitely nailed that meat loaf. I think I may have to stop on the way home for the fixings.NW IA

I'd suggest you give it a go. I was take it or leave it on meatloaf, prior to having it smoked. Now it's a weekly thing.
