I need to get some ideas. Post what you have and the price it cost to build.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Just finished outdoor kitchen/living space about 10 months ago. Measures 40’x22’ attached to the house, covered but open walled. New slab, antique brick floors, brick cabinets with granite countertops and a real brick fireplace. Heart of pine dining table that can seat 12. Recessed lights and ceiling fans. Built in mini fridge, power burner and 3 burner gas grill (my XL egg is in a rolling nest). Super nice, but not over the top. Wasn’t cheap, but we enjoy the hell out of it. Ball park was 60-65 grand without appliances. Can post pics if you’d like

Not my house but it's my parents set up. They installed the outdoor kitchen before we started selling Eggs. The Egg sits on the patio up top next to the kitchen and the gas grill barely gets any use. -
