I see lots of nice outdoor kitchens.
I need to get some ideas. Post what you have and the price it cost to build.

Should we post our checking account balance and tax bracket info with the outdoor kitchen pics as well? #classless

Materials and labour rates don’t hold the same over time or across different regions. Even if you saw your dream kitchen and it cost someone $10k to build 10 years ago that’s irrelevant information.
(1) Look at the show me your cooking spot thread which already has pages of outdoor kitchen ideas
(2) send your favourite ones to a few contractors to get prices
(3) build
(4) add finished photo to show me your cooking spot thread
done, there are no more steps involving money FYI -

Here’s my two cents for what it’s worth. Don’t build anything permanent. Build something modular and with casters. You can take it with you if you move. I think of outdoor kitchens like pools; a lot of money that doesn’t really add much value to a house and it alienates buyers who might not be in outdoor cooking as much as you are. We bought a new place last year after looking for a couple of years. I have seen more outdoor kitchens than you can shake a stick at. 95% of them I considered to dilapidated pieces of junk worthy of a tearout and rebuild. Tons of 15 yr old beat up gassers in $20k stacked stone surrounds with a broken built in mini fridge. I know my comment sounds cynical but it’s based upon real experience.
