Seekh Kababs (my mom's recipe) and Easy Kabob Maker

My mom was in town, so I took advantage of her experience to make seekh kabobs.

Anyone else tried the easy kabab maker? Curious what others' experience is.

I think it would be easier to just form the kabobs around the stick with your hand. One less thing to clean.

I've never made this kind of kebab, but they sure look good!  Might try that seasoning mix, sometime.  Thanks for posting!
