Reheating chicken breasts- lots and lots of them

My oldest is graduating high school. I can get chicken breasts $14 for 10lbs. I think this would be a little cheaper than pulled pork and could make a few different flavors. My problem is I want to have them cooked ahead of time and reheat them.

Question- how to heat 50lbs of chicken breasts and not dry them out or turn them to mush??

thanks in advance.

Sous vide. No question about it. Cook em that way and finish on the egg.
