    I will unashamedly admit , that in the days of my misspent youth, I used to really like California Pizza Kitchen’s tandoori chicken pizza or whatever they called it.

    They did a lot of strange things well.  Kung Pao spaghetti was always one of my favorites there.  

    They seemed to have lost their way 10-15 years ago when they really went big.  I haven’t been back in a long time.

    I just saw chicken masala on a "Beat Bobby Flay" show last night.  Both looked really good, and the guest chef actually did beat BF.  I haven't seen that happen very often.

    You won’t be disappointed. The Roccbox should turn out great naan. Hit up @The Cen-Tex Smoker. He’s done naan a few times in the RB.
